One of my clients has an HP Z8 G5 workstation (PN.- 99Y59LS). and I need to install 3 (three) 512 GB SATA SSDs. but all the options on the market are 2.5” and the device only has 3.5” slots, is it possible that there is a compatible adapter? How can I install these 3 (three) 2.5" SATA SSDs in the available 3.5" bays?
Hope someone can help me.

Welcome to our HP community forum!
Unless I'm mistaken, you should be able to use industry standard 2.5-inch to 3.5-inch SATA drive caddies such as seen in this Amazon-US purchase example: Amazon.com: ORICO 2.5 SSD SATA to 3.5 Hard Drive Adapter Internal Drive Bay Converter Mounting Brack....

What you really want is made for HP by Foxconn in China, where many of the HP workstation parts are made. There is a fancy "tooless" one and a "needs screwdriver" one. These mainly metal adapters go in the HP 3.5" plastic drawers and convert perfectly from 3.5" form factor to 2.5" form factor. Thus, you can put 2.5" drives into your 3.5" drawers and they'll mesh perfectly at the rear of the drive drawer bay via the Foxconn "Blindmate" adapter already built in. These are better than anything else from my experience.
Go to eBay and search for 668261-001 and 651314-001.... the eBay sellers have mishmashed the pics together a bit but you'll get the idea. Here's two pics, of the two types. Note that the top one has 4 upright metal tabs to center the 2.5" drive and the Blindmate adapter takes the SATA power/data connects over leftward so the connection then exactly matches what you'd see at the rear end of a 3.5" drive. Four short M3 screws are usually included from the eBay seller:
That bottom pic is the "tooless" one that I actually don't like as much. It is shown there in one of the 3.5"drawers that your client already owns. With the tooless version the mounting is a bit more complicated. With the other version I keep one empty in the top bay drawer, and it is quick and easy to half slide out the drawer and drop in a 2.5" drive to partition/format/dink with via just sliding the drive into its receiver (and not even screwing it down). For long term use I'd always screw it in or use a tooless version. Both have the same basic design with strong HP metal construction and HP engineering. We don't use anything else now.
