Product: HP t520 Flexible Thin Client
I have recently come into an organization that has nearly a 100 thin clients. I'd like to be able to shadow and push config updates. I've tried using the HP Device Manager 5 and it doesn't seem to work properly. I can't do anything other than discover devices and ping. The agent on the clients doesn't match the manager, but I am unable to push the agent update. What can I do to get those updated? Thanks.

To assist you with the correct solution we would need more info :
What OS (with version) do you have on the T520 Thin client?
What version of HPDM do you have ?
