I am attempting to buy a new laptop. I am able to sign onto my account, and add the PC to my cart. When I go to check out, it wants me to sign in again, when I try that I get, "Email profile already exists in our system. Please try again with different email." Obviously my email already exists, I have been using for years! Why won't it let me complete the purchase using my existing account - That I am already signed onto?
