Product: EliteOne 800 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought Eliteone 800 G4 all in one PC recently and installed it. Windows system is started but unable to use wireless keyboard, mouse. Replaced new batteries but still not able to use them. I searched all packing materials, but did not find any USB connectors for the same. So, need help in this issue.

Do you mean USB dongle/adapter ? Probably you won't be able to find USB dongle/adapter which has SAME code to pair with your keyboard and mouse.

 

Do they (KB & M) support HP Link-5  ? If yes, you can use HP Link-5  USB dongle/adapter otherwise buy a new set.
