HP EliteDesk 800 65W G3 Desktop Mini PC

I am having an issue deciphering a specific boot code on my HP EliteDesk 800 65w G3 Desktop Mini PC. I have checked every manual and community article that I could find. When plugged into power the system performs 6 long red beeps, followed by 3 fast white beeps. If anybody has the answer to what is causing this, it would be much appreciated.

Greetings @Daniel-Courcha

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I also cannot find a 6:3 beep code error using the Service and Maintenance guide for your PC.

Maybe HP Support can assist with the 6:3 POST error code.

Or reduce the PC to:

- CPU

- One stick of RAM. Try each stick of factory RAM, one at a time, in each memory slot.

- Onboard graphics if available or a different graphics card.

- Power supply. Try a replacement PSU if possible.

The PC has a problem with one of the above components including the MB if you still get a 6:3 error code at startup.

this error sequence usually indicates a fatal motherboard or CPU error

on some systems a failed CMOS battery can also trigger this error

so replace the cmos battery then the cpu and then the system board
