Update Agent fails on t510 HP Device Manager 5

Hello,

 

after Installation of HP Device Manager 5 i can't Update Agents, pull or push data on Thin Clients t510. t530 works well.

 

Error LOG:

Can you please provide more information:

1. What is the current agent version on that t510 unit?

2. What was the agent version on the t530 unit which did get updated?

3. Did the test pass on the master repository setting on the console?

4. Is the repository address "10.216.2.99" reachable from the t510 unit?
