Can i update BIOS? i am using HP Compaq small form factor dc7800

Hi:
Yes, you can if you use the F10 flash system rom option in the BIOS.
If you want the latest version v01.35 Rev.A (27 Nov 2015), I have zipped the DOS BIOS files up and attached them below.
1. Get a USB flash drive, and format it with the FAT 32 file system.
2. Download and unzip the file I attached.
3. Copy just the file contents of the folder to the USB flash drive.
4. Plug the flash drive in your PC, and restart it.
5. Tap the F10 key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get into the BIOS.
6. Select the File menu>Flash System ROM option.
7. Select the USB flash drive when prompted. The PC should see the BIOS files on the flash drive.
8. Follow the on screen instructions to update the BIOS.
