We are not HP here... we are users of HP workstations just like you. 

 

You can download the BIOS for your Z820 by doing a google search for "HP Z820 drivers" and then go to the top HP result. Filter there for your operating system, and the drivers, and you'll see the BIOS section easily. You want the latest, 3.96.
