It doesn't seem as tho HP offers upgrade media for Z210 to take it to Win10 from Win7.
So the question is, if I purchase either a MS upgrade or the full version should Win10 recognize the drivers I need? Or will it start ask for me to load the drivers from a USB drive, or whatever?

Hi:
Looking at the general specs for your PC, it meets the basic requirements to run W10 (processor, graphics, memory).
You may be able to still get the free upgrade to W10.
See this link below...
https://www.zdnet.com/article/heres-how-you-can-still-get-a-free-windows-10-upgrade/
If you want to try to get the free upgrade, click on the blue Update Now button at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If things don't work to your expectations after upgrading to W10, you have 30 days to go back to W7 as long as you don't delete any files.
Here's how to do that if you need to...
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027936/windows-10-go-back-to-windows-7-or-windows-81
If there are any drivers you need after you do the upgrade, please post the device descriptions and the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

Thanks Paul.
I think I tried that on my OLD xw4600 and it didn't work. My guess is that MS saw that it was running the HP Win7 ( or something about it being an HP install) and said it didn't qualify.
But I'll give it a try and post back.
Have a great Holiday!

You're very welcome.
Hopefully, it will work for you. It worked for me this past July.
In any event, you can at least test W10 out that way before you commit to buy it.
You have a great Thanksgiving holiday too!
