Product: HP Probook 440 G9 All in One

We are using HP Probook 440 G9 All in One PC with Operating system Maya OS installed in it .We are trying to do video conferencing through webex on the same device but each time there appears a time lag between video and audio .We have checked bandwidth that is perfectly fine and greater than 25mbps .We have trouble shooted MayaOS also and remove all the bugs that were coming but issue is still persisting .
