Product: HP ProOne 440 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC (564F8AV)

I need to start my computer using WOL. I cannot configure this function correctly. Please provide instructions on what changes I need to make in the BIOS and in Windows 11 for the function to work properly.
