I bought this PC about 4 days ago, set it up and got a pop-up HP notification that my warranty expired. I tried to contact customer support and send a copy of my receipt but just got an auto response that didn't indicate that they would reply and so far they haven't. I feel very ignored but I need to know that this issue is resolvable, I use this PC for work and can not risk it being out of warranty.
I've tried to contact support again through chat but I have to enter my serial number in the process and since it thinks the warranty is expired it just sends me back to the automated chat assistant instead of a real agent, this is not helpful in any way. I have certain personal problems which makes calling them on the phone NOT a practical solution. What do I do?
