HP ENVY All-in-One - 32-a1074a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this AIO desktop a few days ago and HP warranty says it has expired already Jan 2021-Jan 2022.

I do not have a dispute option which the site says it must be a commercial purchase.

What does this mean...has the vendor sold me a used computer?

My printer is still in warranty but the dates are all wrong too. I purchased it about 4 months ago, but the warranty started in December 2020 and expires March 2022...again, no option to dipute as shown online.

@nickmag71 -- your devices probably were manufactured a long time ago. This implies the warranty started on the date that the devices were assembled. Have you gone online to HP to "register" your purchases? That should have reset the start-date for the warranty.

I have tried to register, and fill out everything online, then the site says it will send me an email and never does.

My printer and AIO appear in my HP support assisant.
