1. Too brief... can you get into BIOS? Did this workstation ever get upgraded to W10Pro64?
2. What is the boot block date of that workstation (which you can see from within BIOS)? That lets us know if it is a version 1 or a version 2 Z620. The date it was bought does not answer that important question.
3. The reason #2 above is so important is that determines what processors the Z620 can run. Faster better v2 processors vs only the old v1 processors. Maximum memory speed is also determined by the maximum processor speed.
