Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am using a pentium e5700
Operating system is windows 10 64bit 22h2
2×2gb ram dual channel
In task manager the ram speed is 800mhz

According to the Intel processor specs, the processor you have will only run the memory at a maximum speed of 800 MHz.
