While using my Elite PC and E45C curved screen bought last month, the screen goes black from time to time for a few seconds.
I have swapped the display port cable for a better one.
I have changed the display port being used.
I have downloaded a bios update
I have downloaded and installed various driver and software updates from HP.
All disgnostics pass.
After doing the above I had no problems for two days then late last night the screen went black again with no cursor. Came back after two seconds.
The PC is used for reasonably light duties, email, browsing and remote monitoring of 11 CCTV cameras via the Hikvision app. I have a 900Mbs full fibre link.
