I had placed the order for an HP Envy ba-100 laptop on November 1, 2021, and the estimated delivery date was given as December 2, 2021. I received a mail on December 1st that the delivery was delayed till December 27th. I immediately mailed customer care and asked them to cancel the product as I was leaving for my native permanently. They replied that I will receive an update on the cancellation in 1 or 2 days but for a week, I received no update on the cancellation despite mailing them repeatedly. I received a mail after a week that the order was shipped and will be delivered in the next 5 days. However, no one will be there at the delivery address to collect the laptop and now HP tells me that refund will only be possible if I return the product. I will not even be in the country to receive the product, let alone complete the return formalities and await a refund. I had bought this laptop as a gift for someone for the new year and I have not even got the refund to buy another gift. Thanks for ruining my holidays HP 🙂

If nobody is present to sign for the delivery, the delivery company should return the package to the seller.
Do you have a tracking-number for the shipment? If so, you can trace where it goes after the "non-delivery".
