I have a HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2, and I'm planning on buying a eGPU, which provides 60W. Would this charge my laptop?? My current charger is 65W, so I'm not sure.

first of all, does your laptop have a thunderbolt 3 port? or is it only available in the HP Thunderbolt Dock for this model?
next, has HP or the eDock maker certified using this eDock on your model? if not it may not work, or not work with all features
such as charging
i would find out before spending money on a product such as this

HP has the WORST support ever! All you do is call, put on hold and transferred to another person who then in turn does the same exact thing! HORRIBLE! I will NEVER EVER purchase another HP product in my lifetime. The first time I've ventured away from dell because I liked the elitebook x360 design but Dell has always provided excellent support for on-site! I would be on the phone max 30 minutes with Dell to get someone scheduled. HP I've been on the phone over 3.5 hours!!! And guess what, ON HOLD AGAIN! HP=WASTE OF TIME!
