Hello,

 

The HP Zbook Studio G7 has now been released. In terms of CPU, it offers the Intel® Xeon® W-10885M , in terms of GPU the NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000, and up to 32GB of RAM. However, this combination of CPU/GPU/RAM is not currently available on the configurable HP Zbook Studio G7 (the only version with a Xeon has only 16GB of RAM).

 

I was wondering if this is a question of time, and as time evolves more combination will come so that I can order the above mentioned version, or if the list of available version is not expected to evolve. And if so, what would be the expected time frame (I'm not in a hurry, but if I wait 6 months I want to be sure that the version I'm expecting will be released).

sometimes the largest ram sizes are not available due to the required memory modules not being on the market yet

 

also in your case HP quickspecs for this model state that the xeon model will not be available till after the core "I" series cpu model , ...(2nd half 20220) and it appears this xeon model was just released  as such you will need to talk to a HP rep about max ram as no online source appears to have this information yet

Does anyone has update on this question ?

It seems that the list of Xeon-based HP Zbook Studio G7 available has still not evolved with only one model.

Will this change at some point or stay like this?
