Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello guys.

 

I have a PRODESK 400 G4 SFF.

I need to installed on it Win7 64 bits because of a software that we used with VPN, but I can't.

The keyboard y mouse are not recognice...

 

I have been looking on internet about this error and I found that I have to use a ISO of Windows 7 and mount on it the USB3.0 DRIVERS since this version of Windows is not 3.0 native.

 

I tried to do it with the INTEL program, but it didn´t work. Since this computer is new, I call the call center and I recive a link to download a ISO that already has the drivers, but the same problem happen... the windows 7 charges but when I have to choose the language, regionm etc the mouse or keyboard don't work..!!!!PLEASE HELP!!!!
