both of the cards below require a usb 2.0 slot that's x4  (yes it works in a larger slot like x8)

High performance silverstone SST-ECU04-E pci-e 2.0 USB 3.2 Gen 2 card (10 GBps)  (has 19 pin front panel connector) you can attach a 19 pin to two usb 3.1 (Gen 1) 5MBps or 19 pin to single usb 3.1 (Gen 2) 10MBps

5.25 adapter that has usb A and usb C ports (with USB HUB) IE- not a simple 4 port adapter, read item specs

StarTech.com 4 Port USB 3.0 PCIe Card w/ 4 Dedicated 5Gbps Channels (USB 3.1 Gen 1) - UASP - SATA / LP4 Power - PCI Express Adapter Card (PEXUSB3S44V)

just make sure you place the card in a usb 2.0 x4 or greater slot, not a usb 1.0 one

if that's to much $ look for the HP USB 3.0 pci-e x1 card that uses the "TI" (not nec) chip "SDH" has i nice write up on these cards

some bios's allow you to reroute pci-e lanes by making a x8 slot a x1, freeing up some lanes for another slot/device attached to the pci-e bus

in my system (x99) if i use the onboard ssd m.2  one of the pci-e slots changes from a x8 to a x4
