Did anyone find a resolution to this now locked thread?

We are rolling these out at our education institute. I am using one currently and have this issue.

 

I have been updating drivers and bios etc since it started but still unable to pin it on anything in particular.

Disabled HP Windows Services and the problem went away for me.

Amazing that seems to have stopped it. Thanks heaps for replying I didn't come across the mentioned thread when I was looking for other cases. I simply stopped all the HP services as suggested and have not noticed any unforeseen issues yet.
