Z400 workstation factory reset?

My z400 workstation is trying to make me sign in underneath "user" or "other" is there a way to factory reset it to where I can login instead of sign in?

To sign in to a different user account on Windows,

 you'll typically see a list of user accounts or an option to

"Switch user" or "Other user" on the login screen,

depending on your Windows version and settings. 

if you do not have the passwords for any account on the system

then you will have to contact HP support directly the link can be found
