Thanks in advance!

Yes you can. Buy a SATA Controller Card and you will have more SATA ports. I bought this one: https://www.startech.com/Cards-Adapters/HDD-Controllers/SATA-Cards/2-Port-PCI-Express-SATA-6-Gbps-eS...

Also, if you have more PCIe slots aviable you can look at PCIe storage units.

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
In the Configuration on Z420 Hard drive you can based on number of available ports

Also refer https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03278623 for more information

Thanks a lot for the answer. If I can, one more.

Can I have a 5tB Hard Drive? the Specs tell me that the max is 3Tb, but is factory related part.

I Think in this Hard Drive:

Thanks a lot in advance.

I am pretty sure that you can. I have a 4TB HDD attached to my card in Windows 10 Pro 64-bit without issues. 🙂
