Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hewlett Packardteers,

I have a very frustrating problem in that the Z440 / W10 Pro- will not recognize or link / connect to either of the USB dongles of either of two HP 330 Wireless Mouse and Keyboard Combos.   These have been tried in every USB slot.

Is my version- 330- not supported by W10?

Cheers,

Bambi B

Bambi,

Good to hear from you again. I had a situation here where I first had a Z600 go wacky on me and replaced it with a Z440 that then went wacky on me. Could not get BIOS to work normally on either. Very similar wacky symptoms in each. Turned out I was using a wireless HP mouse/dongle and had a mesh wifi radio in our library too close to my workstation(s) and that was corrupting signals via that into the motherboard. Replaced that mouse with a HP laser wired mouse and that saved two computers. Plus, learned an odd lesson. Again.
