Microsoft Windows 11

What I have is a local host Z440 Win 10 running HP Boost V20.  There is a remote worker who has a Z4 on Windows 11 with HP Boost V20. The remote user is experiencing very glitchy audio and it sounds like a sample rate mismatch. I have tried a different host computer and it is exactly the same results.  The issue seems to lie at the Z4 end.  I have also tried routing through the audio to a monitor via the DP OP and it is the same too.   The onboard Realltek card has the latest drivers. I have also tried different settings in HP Boost which do help a little.  Has anyone had a similar issue or any suggestions?

.......continued from above.  I have a Z4 W11 in the same workplace that I remoted from into a Z440 using HP Boost v20.  I had no audio issues at all.  The only way I could distort the audio was to knock it down to 11Khz where it would trill in long sounds.
