do you have any other cards installed? if so do they need to boot (like a raid card) if not enter the bios and disable the  rom loading for that card by turning off the bios loading for that slot

 

you can also turn off the bios for both network controllers (unless you boot remotely)

 

doing one or both recomendations will free up the nessary space for the LSI cards bios to load
