Z800 issues with windows 10

I have had to use system restore on my Z800 every time Microsoft released an update for Windows 10 in the past 3 months, I never had any issues with this computer before. After every new update the computer gets stuck on the loading screen with the circle dots animation

at the screen where it hangs have you waited more than 15 min? if not do so

i doubt you need to do a system restore, when it hangs wait 15min then simply power cycle the system by pressing the power button till the system powers off, then power on and it should resume at the spinning circle for approx 8 sec and then continue with the update(s) and when finished proceed to the logon screen

note that power off is not the same as sleep/hibernate that happens with only a short 10sec or less push of the pwr button
