My Z800 is moving, I wouldn't say slow exactly, but it's not operating at its usual speed of pretty much instantly, I don't want to do a complete factory reset again. Also, ever since installing the 2nd CPU I've been getting a memory error on ram slots 5 and 6. I remove the 2nd CPU, and all ram slots function as normally. Any advice would be welcome.

your vague statement about a slow system is unanswerable due to no specific framework that can be used as a reference baseline posting such will allow people to provide possible solutions to this if indeed the system is slow
try copying a specific large file (list the file and size) between storage drives (again drive model numbers) and the time required to do so, or use a benchmark program and list the benchmark version number
for the ram errors, with both cpu's installed swap dimm modules between cpu-1 module 5 or 6 with any dimm on cpu-0
if the error moves to that dimm then the module is bad, if the error stays the same then the dimm socket or the memory controller on the cpu is bad, again swap cpu's if the error stays the same it's either the dimm socket or possibly a server based pci-e card that is causing issues with the motherboards "SMI" bus remove all cards except for the video card and see if the mem error disappears
last, the z800 uses a three channel memory controller as such dimms are installed in groups of THREE not two (or 4)
refer to the side panel information label for the proper dimm load order
