I can't seem to get the system BIOS to recognize a drive in the external bay and plugged into J13.  I've got drives in all 4 internal bays and would like to add 2 drives in the external bays.

 

I installed one and plugged it into the first port to the left of the internal bay ports, but the BIOS does not see the drive.

 

As I read the specs and manuals I should be able to plug 2 more drives in for a total of 6 SATA drives.  What am I missing?
