Product: HP EliteOne 870 27 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC (4V6C8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I'm a reseller. I have sold 4 all in one HP EliteOne 870 27" 5V8P8EA . The PC comes with an HP cordless kit (mouse + keyboard). The customer complains that the keyboard runs out of battery in 10 days. It is abnormal consumption. Have others encountered this problem?

Typically new logitech keyboards last at least 6 months.
The problem occurs in all 4 kits.
