After turn ON - I await about 7-10min to startup
but in the middle of working with this PC the Mouse freezes [NOT move along keyboard Not type], ... The mouse is HP Wireless and Keyboard HP wireless -
WHEN YOU TYPE WITH KEYBOARD OR MOVE MOUSE THE USB STICK RADIO SENSOR IN FRONT USB PORT LIGHTS UP BLUE.
the point is AFTER FREEZE THE MOUSE NOT MOVE AND KEBOARD NOT WRITES, NETHERTHELESS THIS BLUE LIGHT (USB STICK RADIO SENSOR] CONTINUES ON MOVEMENT OF BOTH KEYBOARD AND MOUSE But still the mouse Not move Keyboard Not writes and Needed RESTART (5sec CLINK ON / OFF BUTTON]... Seems sensor get signal wireless but the PC windows 10 Not respond to it....
Can you tell what to do upon freeze? or prevent freeze?
Ctrl + Alt + Del
Nothing do when freeze happen... but sensor lights anyway... replaced mouse with USB mouse but again freeze again happens ....

this is the workstation/ POS support forum in the future please post desktop/consumer PC model questions to those those forums
I recomend you download all the current drivers for your model system from the HP web site, and then create a
restore/recovery disk if you have not previously made a set, (or formated the pc previously)
read the 3 links below
also backup any documents, files, and what not you want to keep to a external drive or usb key
once you have a recovery disk(s) made, see if on the windows start menu you have a option for doing a system restore
this should resolve all your issues with slow/freezing problems as the restore will reinstall a new OS on the system.
PS once the Os is reinstalled don't forget to do a windows updat several times to get all current updates
once this is done, install a antiVirus program, and make sure to keep it's virus updates current!!
old virus protection files = no virus protection!!!
Last if you want to keep windows 10, download the current ISO from Microsoft and use that to reinstall windows
then do a windows update and it should pick up all nessary drivers needed as your hardware is released before win 10 came out

THE problem reappeared again
after turn ON
await 10 min to startup
in 3rd min Windows key open menu start - means working but...
but in 10th min Neither keyboard work nor mouse
but the wireless usb stick lights on keyboard press or mouse move
but NOTHING HAPPENS
well... what to try???
