bypassing POST information, booting directly to windows

HP z400 workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

is there a way to bypass the POST menu/warnings and boot directly to Windows. I'd like to bypass the F1 command to boot. I haven't seen the option in setup

I do not have access to a HP z400 workstation but I think what you are referring to is called "Fast Boot" in the BIOS.  Enter to BIOS and look for a setting to enable fast boot.

If it is already enabled, then perhaps the "fast boot" setting in Windows will help.  However that particular setting more or less leaves the PC in hybernation when turning it off.
