This morning one of my 2 HP Workstations was processing data fine except for being very slow, so I decided to do a network reset which has solved this problem in the past.
After the usual 5 min delay, the reset triggered, but the computer shut itself off sometime during the process. Since then, I have been unable to log in. When I try, the on light comes on, and about 15 seconds later this message appears at the top of my monitor screen: " System is booting in Manufacturing Program Mode,,,0". But instead of booting,15 seconds later the computer turns itself off.
F8 key does not work to give me Safe mode.
Help please !!

All OK now!!
I finally remembered an old standby problem solver that worked for many glitches back when computers were young. I unplugged the computer from the power (even thought the computer was off), waited 30 seconds, and pushed the on switch.
Problem solved.
Sorry for the unnecessary request.

I forgot to mention that I have both a recovery flash drive, and a boot flash drive made when I first set up my workstation. They flash light to show that they have power but neither will boot the computer.
