HP Recommended
Product: z420 workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i have replaced the motherboard on my z420.  replaced the RAM and battery.

 

have tried EVERYTHING to get the system to reboot.  the fan comes on and runs at a high speed rate but nothing else happens. 

 

what am i doing wrong?
