im Gurdeep and my case id [Personal Information Removed] 

I am facing blue screen error for a long time, even before you were told this from my side.

Then took your Engineer to the service Centre of my system. 

Its been a long time but there is no update i am not able to do my work. it's almost 20 days

I request you to kindly fix my computer as soon as possible
