Hello ,

I am looking to use stripped down (Board Only) Intel Based NUC Kit in our product and sell the end product under our brand name.

I have few questions regarding this:

1. Can Intel NUC be used to develop a product and sell it legally?

2. If so, do we need to mention anywhere that this device is Powered by Intel NUC?

3. Are there any similar products sold in the market which are powered by Intel NUC?

4. What are the restrictions if we are allowed to use Intel NUC in our product and sell under our brand?

As far as i understand few company's out there builds Server with Intel based CPU's and Gigabyte motherboards and sell it to their customers under their own brand name.

Can expert shed some light on this topic?

Thanks.

Why would you think HP can help with a INTEL discontinued product?

Intel sold most of their NUC product line to ASUS earlier this year

you need to contact ASUS, and perhaps INTEL to see what information they might still have on this product line

What about HP thin client?

Can we use it in our product?
