Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I currently put the Z440 into a complete passive cooling solution for audio studio kind of work which requires no fan noise.
but we got a bunch of post error messages if we remove the fan connector from mother board, is there any way to disable these messages?

short of adding a fan,....nothing i know of which can simply be done
it used to be possible to add a 1k 5 watt resistor on the fan rpm line to trick the board sensor but if the bios actually checks the sensor for a min speed,.... the resistor trick will not work and most modern motherboards do check the actual rpm value nowadays
i would locate the smallest fan you can find that has a min rpm which matches the stock fan's minimum speed
and then put that fan in a enclosed box inside the case
you should be able to source 20 to 40 mm fans that are 5 to 20 mm thick on ebay
