seriously i can't understand you, how can i get the information you want?

HP Recommended

if you did not know how to get the currently TPM version, you should have stated this

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog window.

Type tpm.msc into it and press Enter.

This opens the built-in utility – Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Management.

if TPM is installed, you can see the manufacturer information about the TPM in the PC.

from this page look for the "TPM Manufacturer information"

right below will be Manufacturer Name: XXX and Version x.xx.xxxx.xxx  <------ THIS IS WHAT I NEED

do not post a picture of the TPM.msc screen, it's unreadable!!!!

Manufacturer name: IFX

Manufacturer version: 3.19

specification version: 1.2

the HP z420 uses TPM hardware 1.2 and it's firmware (3.19) was not affected by by the crypto flaw so hp never released a firmware update for it

windows 10 came out AFTER the z420 was End Of Life, so HP never made a update from 12 to 2.0

windows 10 can work with either version (1.2/2.0) so you really do not have any issue

it is possible however to use another makers 1.2 to 2.0 firmware updater (if it matches your current version) and force a update on your hardware however "you" will need to search for the proper file if one exists

read this sites directions fully and make sure you fully understand them before applying a update as the wrong firmware package will brick (render it non working) the computer

personally i would not update, because as i said win 10 supports both revisions and there are other ways to increase a systems security that are as effective as TPM
