Product: HP Compaq 6005 Pro Base Model Microtower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to fix my hp desktop beeps by cleaning the ram stick and changing the slot but this time the problem is strange for me and the ram method isn't working.  When i press the power button it immediately beeps with red leds. It was before taking about 3 to 5 seconds to beep when i was able to fix it but now it just beeps when i click the power button.

the Compaq 6005 Pro is EXTREMLY sensitive to which ram modules are installed, and if using different sizes also the slot order

 

non qualified ram, can cause weirdness ranging from random working/no working issues to not working at all, throwing ram error codes in both cases

 

I strongly recommend you try using ram from crucial that has been qualified for this model system and if necessary buy all four modules at the same time, this series computer can have issues if the ram was made at different times
