you may have a corrupted visual C++ 2015 in which case you need to repair it by removing the bad existing c++ before reinstalling c++

first try to uninstall the existing C++ 2015/17/19 packages, (if you cant post again)

then reboot and install the latest 2015/17/19 combo package from microsoft (install both x86 and x64 packages)

Same exact problem for me, on multiple ZX20 workstations, and tried the same type of fix before.  No success.  This is under W10 latest version.  I have some W7 boxes still working with it.  I finally gave up and am hoping the HP coders figure out the issue and release a fix.

It was nice while it lasted and for me has been broken for weeks if not several months now.

Hello SDH,

They will never fix this issue because they have to sell their new models. BTW thanks for the info.

I tried the advisor that you provided in a link. It is giving me same issue. Actually I am not concerned with the errors it is giving but due to this error my system is facing heating issues. As it does not provide exact CPU and GPU info so that cpu fan  is running on a very low RPM. see my other Question in the link . I think these both issues are interconnected.
