I was adding some hard drives to my z440 when I was having problems and I was taking a closer look at everything and that is when I noticed the rear I/O of the bottom of my plug did not cover the last 2 prongs it was not big enough I have a Super ATX Case so it should have been standard size big the last 2 prongs were being pressed together by the bracket of my Telsa Accelerator card, in the process of fixing this I unplugged my power switch so I don't know if it fried it or I can't get to come on, it's getting power.

Sounds like you tried what others have with little success... The HP workstations are Enterprise grade, custom designed and built to higher-than-ATX standards. As such buying a HP workstation motherboard and trying to retrofit it into an ATX case generally results in a bad outcome.
The ZX40 family is excellent but now two generations back. It is a great choice still, however, but you need to buy the case too. You can go on eBay and filter for price and shipping lowest first and find excellent buys these days... there is no v1 vs v2 issue unlike with the ZX20 and ZX00 earlier workstations. Recycled memory and processors have come way down in price.
Good luck on your project.

The setup worked for a couple of years, it wasn't until I was hooking up extra hard drives that I moved the Tesla card bracket and made the bent prongs touch, and I put the workstation in the Super ATX to get more air.
