Hello i have error "decryption failed or bad record mac", I noticed that the problem disappears when I turn off the "multiprocessor" option in the bios, the problem returns when I turn it on again.
I need to have the "multiprocessor" option turned on because proxmox shows me all the cpu cores then.
HP Z600 - dual cpu, but im using only one x5675
this is an example of "curl" but "wget" doesn't work properly either

i'll let "SDH" or "BambiBoom" go into more detailed help, but in the meantime is your motherboard a v1 or v2 motherboard?
only the v2 boards officially support 56xx Xeons
next is your CPU a retail or engineering sample?
do you have the latest bios installed?
if the hardware is good, then you may have a misconfigured OS "SSL" read the link below for more help
