the power pack turns on when i take it out when i put it back in it will not show green light at the back

To assist better:

  • Please refer to this document for steps to find the product details. To find out a different option to recognize the Product details on the HP Product, please check zeros and O may be similar, and Numeric 5 and alphabet S may look similar so please check and try it should work
