is there anything preventing you from visiting either the HP, MSI or nvidia sites and looking at the published specs?

both sites state 300 watt supply minimum for a 1050 TI

https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/graphics-cards/geforce-gtx-1050-ti/specifications/

https://www.msi.com/Graphics-Card/geforce-gtx-1050-ti-aero-itx-4g-oc/Specification

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-prodesk-600-g2-small-form-factor-pc/7633319/document/c049204...

and since all "SFF" (Small Form Factor) systems REQUIRE half height cards, there's no way your  MSI Areo 1050 FULL HIGHT is going to fit

while the mini tower  ProDesk g2 can have it's power supply upgraded, the "SFF" models can not be upgraded to a better power supply due to it's custom sized power supply
