For the past few months, I have been unable to log into HP Support Case Manager:
This has left our team with only one user capable of submitting cases to HP Support. Previous calls for help have only resulted in me receiving invitations to join HP Support, leading to the exact same error.
If possible, I would like the accounts for my team cleared so we may start over anew.
