I have an out-of-warranty PC on which the remote OOB keyboard is no longer responding. I can connect using various VNC clients including (I happen to be on a Mac) RealVNC, Jump Desktop, JollysFastVNC. All are having the same problem, and these same apps work with other iAMT instances we have. So, I am pretty sure it is the PC itself which is having the problem.
I discovered the problem after a software install resulted in a boot failure. I can't enter F8 to access Startup Settings (or reach any other Windows repair options). If I reboot through AMT, I can't press any of the keys (F9, F10) to access the BIOS level features either.
We have tried unplugging the power cord and re-plugging the physical keyboard to no avail. The physical keyboard does work but I do not have a tech person on site to do the OS repair.

the 8300 AIO has 4 usb 3.0 ports, have all been tried? has the keyboard been replaced?
if you check the device manager remotely, does the keyboard device show up in device manager?
usually you have to keep tapping the key very quickly on startup to get it to recognize that the bios entry key is being tapped on
i have also seen usb keyboards that simply will not (or stop) working right on a system or any system which is why replacing the keyboard should be tried

Thanks, I'll have my onsite person try switching the keyboard and different USB ports. We had another PC (different brand) on which the local keyboard needed to be plugged in for the iAMT keyboard to type a pre-boot password.
To be clear though, the physical keyboard is working fine on this machine. It's the remote keyboard in the iAMT/vPro remote management feature (KVM) that is affected.
