running Hpz820 . remove battery and cmos button press . 4 beep continue

Hi,

I have running pc. Try to enter bios . just shutdown. yea sometimes I see memory issue or error. but I fix correct way. so when I see my 2 monitor not working using display port. Then I just remove cmos battery and press cmos rest button for 15 second. then try to power up. I see 4 beep. Yea I tried to remove everything. power supply is fine. but 4 beep continue. Try crisis recovery mode, crisis jumper remove nothing working. Its impossible motherboard dead. But I think bios recover not successful. so what to do. try every single step still same. recovery by windows key + B not work either. 

the reason running pc clear cmos reset or button press. because if I try to enter bios. then pc goes to shutdown. 

How I can test motherboard . like self testing power supply any way?
