t530 video problem

t530 thin client

Once i get past the inital boot up the screen goes blank and i cannot see anything on the monitor. I tried using a monitor with a display adapter cable as well as a vga to display adapter connector. Any ideas?

if you can see the initial booting screen, then most likely you have incorrect/misconfigured video display settings that exceed the monitor or the t530 terminal settings go back and check you might want to select 1024x768 and see if you get a display


are you using MS RDP client, Citrix, or the HP software
