Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i buy a thunderbolt dock g2 anp plug in to my note book but it did nothing, i plug it to my phone he works and that means the dock station is fine but de C-port dont work or dont reconize it i dont know

wat most i do or bring it to a dealer, name it
